Welcome! I'm Claire Nash, a lifelong lover of Irish food, culture, and hospitality.

Step into my home above Charles Fort in Kinsale for a one-of-a-kind, hands-on cooking and entertaining experience. Together, we’ll explore the finest local ingredients, master essential culinary skills, and uncover the art of hosting with style.

From my early days at Ballymaloe House to running one of Cork's most celebrated restaurants. I've spent my career creating experiences that bring people together through food, storytelling, and shared moments.
