What to Expect

Whether you're coming solo or bringing friends, this experience is designed to boost your confidence in the kitchen. I’ll equip you with the skills you need to become the home cook you have always dreamed of being. From weekday dinners to late night suppers and the art of hosting your friends at the weekend, I will design the perfect programme for you!

I will guide you through:

- Everyday cooking using local and homegrown ingredients.

- Teach you to cook the food you love

- Create delicious meals without having to always go to the shops

- Key culinary techniques

Beyond the Kitchen:

Cooking is about more than just food it's about creating an experience.

- Table setting and styling for charm and ease.

- Tips to host the perfect dinner party

-The session will end with a late lunch

If you have specific dishes you would like to learn, we can incorporate them into the day, or if time permits, we can extend the experience to a second session.
