What to Expect:

A relaxed and welcoming half-day experience where you'll enjoy Irish cooking, farm-to-table practices, and the joy of gathering around food. Private transfer to and from my home where your group will enjoy a private culinary experience.

I will guide you through:

- Gain an understanding of Claires passion and culinary influences - Raw real and rooted in the land

- The History of Irish food and drinks.

- Baking traditional Irish brown soda bread.

- Collecting ingredients and produce, influenced by seasonality.

Beyond the Kitchen:

Cooking is about more than just food it's about creating an experience. We will also explore the art of entertaining.

- Having demonstrated we will sit down to enjoy Lunch / Dinner.

- Sampling a wine geese selection, Irish mead and selection of Irish farmhouse cheese
