What to Expect:

A relaxed and welcoming half-day experience where you'll enjoy Irish cooking, farm-to-table practices, and the joy of gathering around food. Private transfer to and from my home where your group will enjoy a private culinary experience.

I will guide you through:

- Irish Culinary Traditions: Bake traditional Irish brown soda bread.

- Collect fresh herbs and eggs, learning about seasonal Irish cooking.

- Utilizing every part of our ingredient with a no-waste approach, including making stocks and composting vegetable trimmings.

- Prepare and enjoy regional Irish dishes using fresh, local produce.

Beyond the Kitchen:

Cooking is about more than just food it's about creating an experience. We will also explore the art of entertaining.

- Table Setting & Styling the art of creating an inviting table scape.

- Wine Selection & Pairings . How to choose the perfect wine and serve it correctly.

- Hosting with Confidence. Enhancing your gatherings with simple yet elegant touches.

- Sit down to a home-cooked meal and discuss the history and culture behind Irish food traditions
