What to Expect

Join me for a full day talk to table class followed by Lunch. I will share my recipes tips, tricks and traditions from over 40 yrs of the big Bird day. You will leave inspired prepared and ready to bring a little more ease and sparkle to your own table

I will guide you through:

- Sourcing your quality ingredients from fruits to meats  

-Some dishes will be demonstrated step-by-step, while others will be suggested — giving you the freedom to explore techniques and recipes at home with confidence. 

- Timely preparation of certain dishes

- Step by step cooking instruction for the festive period

Beyond the Kitchen:

- Cooking is about more than just food it's about creating an experience. We will also explore the art of entertaining.

- Table scaping, floral decoration and technique

- Share Lunch, relax and enjoy the delicious dishes and drinks we've prepared.
