“Join me for a unique private Irish hospitality experience, where we will explore the best local produce, handpick ingredients, and experience the culture and tradition of Irish food at my home in Kinsale” (2 - 8 people)

What to Expect:

An Immersive experience of authentic Irish hospitality rooted in generosity, seasonality, story telling and a profound sense of place; followed by lunch or dinner

I will guide you through:

- The History of Irish food and drink and its influences on our traditions.

- Baking Irish brown soda bread and preparation of ingredients through to dishes

- Pre-lunch/dinner service with your guests

Beyond the Kitchen:

-Having demonstrated we will sit down to enjoy Lunch / Dinner.

-Sampling a wine geese selection, Irish mead and selection of Irish farmhouse cheese
