“Join me for a unique private Irish hospitality experience, where we will explore the best local produce, handpick ingredients, and experience the culture and tradition of Irish food at my home in Kinsale”

What to Expect:

An Immersive experience of authentic Irish hospitality rooted in generosity, seasonality, story telling and a profound sense of place; followed by lunch or dinner

I will guide you through:

- The History of Irish food and drink and its influences on our traditions.

- Baking Irish brown soda bread and preparation of ingredients through to dishes

- Pre-lunch/dinner service with your guests.

Beyond the Kitchen:

-Having demonstrated we will sit down to enjoy Lunch / Dinner.

-Sampling a wine geese selection, Irish mead and selection of Irish farmhouse cheese
