What to Expect

-Forks and Corks is a 3 hour session;

-Sit and enjoy the stories and history shaping Irish food and cultural traditions as Claire showcases fish from the harbour, artisan produce and locally grown food, paired with Kinsale drinks.

I Will Guide You Through:

- Brown bread and cultured butter making

- Preparation of shellfish / fish collected from the fisherman

- Preparation of Meats & Farmhouse Cheese

- Drinks Pairing with each tasting plate

Beyond The Kitchen:

-This interactive demonstration is accompanied with lunch drinks
